We work out where AI pays in your business, then build it.

Q: What happens to our information?

You choose what we see, one step at a time.

Here's what we read, what we keep and what we never do.

The six commitments

  1. We only read what you choose to show us, and we start with no access at all.
  2. We only use AI providers whose terms rule out training on your data.
  3. Nothing we build sends, replies or deletes without a person approving it.
  4. We keep what we need for the work, and delete it when the work ends or when you ask.
  5. Your information is never shared with another client.
  6. The form collects your name and work email, only so we can reply. Ask us to delete it by replying to any email from us.

Q: What do you need for the first conversation?

Nothing at all.

We ask how your week runs. You talk; we listen and ask questions. No systems, no mail, no files.

Q: Can we show you a sample first?

Yes, if you'd like to.

Some owners send a week of chase emails or a short list of licenses. You pick what to send. We use it to show what an output would look like.

Q: What access would the work need?

Read-only, and only what the job needs.

For a license watch, that's your people records and document folders. For a paperwork chase, it's your portal and shared inbox. Nothing wider.

Read-only means it can look, never act. It can't send, delete or move a thing. Where a draft helps, it leaves the draft for a person.

Q: Who approves what it prepares?

A named person on your team.

It sends no message, pays no bill and edits no record on its own. It sets the work in front of someone you name. If that person does nothing, nothing happens.

Q: Can we switch it off?

Yes, any day, without us.

Remove the access and everything stops at once. You don't need to ask us first.

Q: What happens when the work ends?

We delete what we held.

We keep only what the work needs. When it ends, that goes. If you'd like it gone sooner, ask through the form and it will be.

Ask us about your data in the first conversation.

Want to talk it through?

Ask for a first conversation.

It's with one of our co-founders: free, about an hour, no access needed.

Ask for a first conversation

A person replies, usually within one working day.
